What are the rules on where you are allowed to
anchor? Are there signs when you enter a harbor telling you where you can tie up,etc? How do you know what
radio channel to monitor (beside the 16 and 9)? Is there a convention? Is there a web page with this info about the Chesapeake Bay? Is there cell coverage all over the bay? Please point me in the correct direction. Thanks for reading this. Tom (new owner to a 30 year old boat)
