I have a 1974 Tartan 30, Hull number 266. I purchased her a year ago for 10K. She was in fairly good shape. The appraiser said in her current condition she was worth 13.5 and in excellent shape right at around 20K. What type of cabin arrangement does this boat have. Tartan made the 30 in a Starboard Galley version and an Aft Galley version? They also out fitted them with either an Atomic Four Gas engine or the Faryman Diesel. I have the diesel version. If you are planning on repowering her it will cost approximately 3 to 5 thousand dollars depending on who does the work and the type of engine you decide to put in her. Feel free to drop me a line.
