I also carry a spare
fuel pump, filters, hoses, alternator belt and
exhaust connections including the fabricated piece where the cooling water is injected. Small brass par
pump stores easily and makes oil changes easy when travelling.
In addition to an impeller on a shaft, I rebuilt the Oberdorffer
pump when I replaced it and carry the old one as a spare. Also have the rebuilt original card and a spare alternator. Haven't picked up a spare starter yet.
