"No venting" means "fooled you once, gonna fool you twice". There's no way to "dry" wet clothing, except by moving the water from here to there. Unless "there" is someplace far away, connected by a vent hose, you're just going to have a very damp house (or boat) surrounding your nice dry clothes.
Of course, you *could* really go ventless, use a refrigerated condensor line to recapture all the moisture from the dryer, turn it into liquid condensate, and have some nice fresh-breeze-flavored water on tap at the drier?
