Well guys...finnaly made it to beautifull Colorado....

Charlie was waiting for me at Denver Airport...with 5 beautifull young girls...
(not really).. But he was waiting for me at the Airport. Eating waffles??? anyway...NO SIGN thank you..

My suitcase was damaged in transit, and United (a very fine Airline, thank you) gave me a new one, NO QUESTIONS ASKED in 4 minutes!!!....unlike Continental, from which I still have "an itchy ass hole".....
By the way...we then went in Charlie's car, a very nice Subaru Outback, toured around a little and proceeded to have lunch....at UNO, Chicago

I was amazed how beautifull it is out here...I heave a headach fromthe altitude (I'm a sea level boy, remember??)...and how windy...it's blowing steady south at 15 to 18 kts...nice wind, but no water....

On the hiway I saw these wood "walls" they make here to barricade the snow, and create an eddy that "pushes" the snow over the high way...clever people in Colorado... Nice houses here, but very very flat.
We then had lunch at UNO, I had a GOOD OLD AMERICAN SIRLOIN with mushrooms and drank a beer called FAT TIRE!!! delicious..... The waiter was a beautiful African American (gotta be politicaly correct now, I'm in the US) whose hair had
wheels!!! I almost got her photo..but I decided not...I'm married. Would look stupid...
Then we went outside and took some photos...

Then, as we hit the street, and the wind was blowing so nice...me and Charlie sailed around in a Park Bench... we din't sail far, as one guy that looked at us thought we did not have enough canvas...

I then proceeded South, after renting from Hertz a SUBARU OUTBACK...I liked his car, so rented one....cool....better that that truck they gave me last time Explorer thing...I felt like the Rubber Duck in Convoy...so this time rented a car.

and here are the beautifull Rocky Mountains...its beautifull here, but no sea...unfortunately..
As my week progresses I will say more about this place...a different place, no doubt a rich experience...for a Portuguese Redneck in the USA..
