Go to shutterfly.com and sign in it's free.
Down load your pictures.....then double click on the picture you want to post
then right click and go to properties
then high light the url...htp:/xxxxxxx
come back here and click on insert image...the do a paste.
If that does not work then...type in (img)htp:/xxxx(/img)
only use [ ] instead of ()
