Sailingfool thanks for the input. I would consider the CS but I think they're outside my budget I have never seen a CS going for less than 35k at least not around here. As for living aboard on a smaller than usual boat I think i'll be ok. Single and young should be able to keep up for a while. We'll see maybe after the season the CS prices will drop a little and I might be able to consider than as well.
