We took our old sole to a local high-end lumber yard, and they made a new one to match. Our sole consists of 14 pieces. the yard ordered two 4x8 sheets of teak and holly ply, and cut to match exactly. Our bill was under $800.
Coat the edges and bottom of the peices with several coats of epoxy ( and maybe one on the top, I didn't try this but based on some subsequent water staining, it'd be worth trying). Put on three coats of Ultimate Sole

Check the fit of the peices before starting the finishing, you need a little give for the buildup..
