Very often critical info like an iron or steel keel or something similar is unknown by the broker. A broker might even have the wrong information. Also, you cannot always rely on what is in the listing. I have personally found drafts to be inaccurate. When it comes to a boat like that it is solely up to you to get all the info you deem necessary.

And, I don''t know about the boat in Norfolk, but it is also common for boats to go through more than one broker.
