We replaced our tank last year- It was fun... I have a bunch of pics that I will post a link to in the next few days- have been meaning to do this for awhile now... in the meantime here's a couple-

The parquet does come off pretty easily. We found that parts of it were screwed down (look for the plugs). On ours there was a .0125" luan (or similar marine grade) sub-floor; then the fiberglass. We put masking tape over the parquet "tiles" before lifting them to help keep them together for putting them back- it helped; but it was still a puzzle getting them back in (and glued down).

Technically we still need to finish/re-finish the floor as we have some missing trim pieces, etc-
