Are you talking about capsize ratio??? AFAIK
, there isn't anything called a boat safety rating. You can plug in the specifications of the boat, or look it up if it is listed, here
. You can also compare a listed boat with one you enter the specifications or two listed boats there as well.
However, a capsize ratio number is only one part of the whole set of numbers... and doesn't really give you much information without context.
The Freedom 21 is listed, but the S2 6.7 is not. However, its closely related cousin, the 6.9 is listed.... the S2 6.9 does have better numbers.
