Check out a Pearson 27, sometimes called a P-27II. It''s the model made from 1987-1991 when Pearson went belly up. I own a 1989 model. When you come down the companionway, the cabin is open all the way to the bow. The settee is a horse-shoe shape, and the table drops to form a very large "v-berth." I haven''t measured (but will if you want) but I''m sure it will handle your 6''2" frame. It''s also a great boat. If you want to know more, send me a message here on Sailnet.
