Hot water heater bad valve?
Just a guess here that the valve is bad. When I have the hot water heater on, I get water out the drain hose on the temperature pressure valve, within about 10 minutes and the water is not very hot. I am also guessing that the temp for that valve to open is a set degree and not adjustable. So, that would mean that the valve is bad and needs to be replaced? I would think that this is an emergency valve and should not be flowing on a regular basis.
