I haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet. I still have to sell the house first. The only thing I didn't like about the boat was a lack of a traditional settee. The sorry excuse for one that it has leaves my head to smack the deck join when I lean back. I'm eyeballing a replacement strategy for that issue. I spoke with Robert Perry while helping him move into his new digs last Saturday and told him somemore about the boat. He was impressed with it and said what he really liked about the Nordic 44 was how balanced and easy it sailed. The hull isn't a slow design as it rates at 84 PHRF NE. DENR, you live where? If you were from the US, you would understand that "Mamma" means wife when used in this context. When ya have to live with a woman, it pays to get her tacit approval on a big-assed boat BEFORE ya spend money on it, unless ya really wanna sleep and sail alone.
