Interesting. The price seems low for a cold-molded one-off with such beautiful details. What's wrong with it? You did notice the rust bleeding down the chainplates, right?
I just spent the winter sitting next to a Henry Scheel designed one-off 44' cold molded sloop. The hull is built exactly as you describe for this boat. If anything, it has MORE brightwork than the boat in the ad. Be forewarned: the owner has just spent 3 months digging out punky wood from the keel (on the INSIDE), cutting new pieces, and laminating them in. The owners of cold molded boats insist they're not the same as wood, but the evidence speaks for itself.
