Bails
Jeff, I realized about the compression sleeve when I installed the bolt last evening. However, putting one in the boom would not be easy at all, so I only tightened the bolt to firm then double nutted the bolt. I also put nylon washers where the bail would contact the boom, and Lancoted the bolt and boom holes. It appears to be fine and secure, any further comments would be welcome, otherwise, I thank you for your time and knowledge.
