Guys, there are good historical reasons for the hard
line that the Spanish insurance industry is taking.
I mean, they STILL haven't gotten over the losses they had to pay out over that Spanish Armada thing, everyone arguing about whether it was a pleasure sail, or an exempted war action, or the storm being an Act of God. And then, if it was an Act of God, that could mean the Anglican Church versus the Roman Catholic one, and they'd have to argue over which God is God.
With a history like that, it's a wonder they'll still issue boat insurance at all.
