The T42 is designed by Robt. Harris and is an entirely different animal (Vancouver design) from the Perry designed T37. Built by Tayana you can expect fairly good quality for an asian built boat; however, expect to replace a lot of the metal componentry on an older boat as the Taiwanese metalurgy is "not up to snuff" - lots of 304 stainless, etc.
