Well what I ended up doing was through bolting. My main concern was I originally wanted to mount the TV so that it would be through bolted on an exterior bulkhead, and was worried about creating a point at which water would enter. After reconsidering I mounted on an interior bulkhead & just went ahead and through bolted. Was pretty easy& turned out well.
I just used a regular wall mount I got off amazon. Since the TV was only 1.5" thick, and only weighs 16lbs, I just opted for a mount that was extremely thin & reasonably priced. This way it fits behind the table which folds back against the wall, and can be pulled off quickly and stowed when traveling.
Also, yes I ended up purchasing the Cal 34 I mentioned in the other post.
With table up.
With table down.
Handy work on the reverse side.
