Cutlass bearing

I had exact same symptons. My cutlass was totally worn out, shaft was not true, and my prop was out of pitch. I took the whole lot to a prop shop and had prop re-pitched new cutlass pressed in and bought new shaft. Total cost $230.00.-thomas
