Nobody can recommend a mast without knowing something about the boat and sailplan. A more stable boat needs a stronger mast and a taller mast needs more spreaders then a shorter mast on the same boat. A lot of variables come into play and someone has to design an appropriate mast to fit the boat.
Most plans include enough information to have a mast built. Your plans are missing this information? Who is the designer?
