Michigan safe-anchor areas
I would love to hear the answer to this as well. I have read about them in several places but never seen a list of where they actually are. Probably along side the mythical INS call in video phone stations that are supposed to be at public marinas.
It is not listed anywhere that I can find on the Greatlakes seaway information site.
