Hey,

So, I''m in love. Better yet, I''m a boat owner. And I dont care what they say, I''ll clean every inch of teak on her, rather than have an all plastic boat... for now.

So, I want to liveaboard. I read some of the advice in the column for the newbies, (thats me!) but had an aditional question. I know they''re tightening up on liveaboard permits for So California. Up till a week ago, I didnt even know you needed a permit. What paperwork and other stuff is involved in becoming a working liveaboard.
