Boat storage in Kennebunk, Maine

Your best bet will be to ask at the Landing School for leads or ideas. Slips in Kennebunk or Cape Porpoise are practically nonexistant, so working on a floating boat will be at a mooring. Portland, York, even Ogunquit or Biddeford (which are closer to Kennebunkport)are still a good distance away either in HEAVY summer traffic or HEAVY winter snow. If W is in town for a round of golf it can take more than a half hour to get from the Landing School (which I believe is actually in Arundel) to either the Port or to Cape Porpoise - less than five miles away. Off season, you may find someone with a parking lot on the water who''ll get a crane and store some boats on it for the winter, but you have to ask around. The School should have some good ideas for you-- its a great place.
