Re: 2014 Sailing Season

Like T37Chef, I got to enjoy the beautiful Memorial Day weekend with a couple of friends. We left early Friday morning from Herring Bay and enjoyed a fantastic sail to St. Michael's--reached the whole way doing 7 kt with reefed sails.

Saturday, we sailed to the Wye East and on up the river until the tacking got too busy. I've attached a picture of the small crowd () that eventually joined us on Granary Creek.

A lot of motoring out of the Wye and East Bay on Sunday with wind on the nose, but once we got to the Bay and the wind backed to the south more, we got to end the trip with a pleasant sail home.
