Avon vs Achilles for dinghy?

I am looking for an inflatable dinghy for getting my beer to the beach on daysails/weekending. I'm looking at two craigslist options at the moment,

An older Avon for $200 with no leaks but no outboard

Avon Dinghy 10 Foot

and an Achilles for $450 where the inflatable keel has a leak and has an included outboard (with no promise that it runs)

Achilles LSI 88 8' dinghy with Nissan 5hp outboard

My initial thoughts are that the Achilles is a better deal IF I am lucky and the outboard works, or if I can repair it. Possibly can also get it for cheaper than listed because the seller discovered the air leak in the keel after listing it.

Otherwise I can just row the Avon until I find a deal on an outboard. Anyone know how that boat would row?

Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated as I have no experience with inflatables.
