hello all, it was a shortened strange summer here in NYC. I am a new sailor but have not done any (yes its sadly true) this year.

Are there any folks out here who would like a deckhand/cook/scubadiver/hostess who is trying to get onto a new nice sailing group? I have been on 38 foot catamarans, 65 foot McGregor, Pearsons, J - boats.

I would like to meet up with someone perhaps my age - in their 30s - who needs some help on their boats. I would really love to be on a J boat or a Swan or any racing type boat. I can send more details and references on myself. I am located on the South Shore of Long Island for now but have sailed out of Port Washington with other boat owners - all the way to Nantucket and Block Island and Newport.
