no dogs in cuba
Hi magnusmurphy..

I was in cuba about 12 year ago. I happen to be in a merchant ship at the time where we had a dog (her name was "negra")..... however; back then the dog was not allowed to go ashore under no circumstances and if that happend we will face pretty steep fines.

We ended up staying about 25 days and the dog did not go ashore.
Negra had all her documents and that was the only country where we had problems.

I don't know how things are today but I don't expect it to be very different.
