3m 5200, it comes in fast med and slow cure. Unless there are big gaps you may have to use
epoxy putty to match it to the keel first. If the keel is iron the hard part is getting the rust and scale off. Consider getting something larger then washers for the bolts. I've seen other people fix the "catalina smile" by using stainless plate.
