I have just replaced the gauges and senders for my 108. The temp
doesn' t seem to go above 165 degrees, and the oil goes to 80psi, and will only drop to around 77psi at idle. My question is, is this acceptable? A buddy says not to worry, but I wonder why the oil pressure is so high. I had thought the old gauge and/or sender was bad as it had read the same 80psi as now. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
