I need all the help I can get so I have always followed the renaming ceremony to the letter(why start out worrying about whether you've angered the Gods). Superstitious, not me (well, maybe a little), but I like to cover all the bases. Plus, whenever you get a new boat you're looking for an excuse to have a party on it anyway. John
