funny.. on the
Delaware river just north of petty island is a railroad bridge. Most of us that have had to ask/beg/plead the operator to open the bridge have had to wait and hope that someone would even answer the call! So how do boaters go about lodgeing complaints? It's a conrail bridge I beleive.
