I wouldn't use the Naval Academy. The only place where you could effect a discharge/pick-up would be the boat basin, and that's restricted (unless maybe you know someone in charge there).
I would have them pick you up in Ego Alley, or maybe alongside at Fawcett's. If your crew is not experienced manoeuvering the boat in tight quarters, they can grab a mooring ball and you can take the water taxi out to them. If they have a
dinghy in tow they can grab the mooring then pick you up at the
dinghy dock next to the DNR dock or at the end of Ego Alley.
