Does anyone else have suggestions for good two man watch schedules? I figured we could go 6 on 6 off, but with me wanting to be up for most of the night time hours I went this way.

During my Coastal Crusing certification cruise we did 3 hours on and 3 hours off. This worked pretty well, but we never *really* felt well rested. I understand that the best watch schedule is something that only a seasoned crew can come up with after much trial and error.
