Chuck, What is the make and model? This could be a cosmetic problem with little or no effect on the structural integrity & seaworthy character of the vessel. Could these be areas where balsa coring is used to keep weight down, but not areas that are part of the structural framework? Tell us what the vessl is. 'take care and joy,- Aythya crew
