Okay I am a little confused here. I have found boats that have a shoal keel. For example a Hylas 44. One drafted at 5''6" the other at 4''10" and where advertised as shoal keels. Now I came across a Dufour 38 that advertises fin keel, but the draft is only 4''9". Maybe I am misuderstanding what draft is here. But it seem to me the fin keel on teh dufour sounds better in the shoals, better than the shoal draft. Any input would be helpful. Even if to say I am write or wrong, but helo me to understand LOL.
