Jeff H, I thank you so much for the explanation of keels. the first part was enough that people just lable them different. I have been through my ASA book and take my course this weekend. Have learned about some different keels. But I was just curious to that one. People lable things as shoal, fin, full, etc...and I just wanted to make sure that shoal keel was not a specific style of keel. But honestly thank you for all the effort you put into explaining the answer. it is a big help in giving me the knowledge I am needing to know the difference. Don''t want to come across some broker thinking he as a easy prey when I tell him I have only sailed once and it was just this month ha ha. thanks again so much and keep up the wonderful answers and explainations.
