There''s an article somehwere on the net I read recently that had some cyclists go to Cuba through a travel agent or something in Toronto, as they mislead the American tourists on making them believe it was legal, the tourists were fined several thousand dollars with one ladies fine coming to over $8k.

They''re tightening down on people wandering over there without doing the appropriate paperwork.
