Flotilla in Tortola, May 2003
The Flotilla is run by Moorings out of Tortola, BVI. It''s a 6 day trip, going to several different islands, with dinners, beach partys, and other fun events including a "Ragada". Go to www.moorings.com find the flotilla area and read on. It''s a lot of fun.
