I have polycarbonate windows in my dodger. They are glass clear, don't fog or ripple like plexy. My side window is bent around a 90 degree curve but the material cannot be sharpely creased. The disadvantages of polycarbonate are 2- cost, and yellowing after years in Ultraviolet. New formulations are supposed to be less UV sensative. I keep covers on mine when not in use as we spend 6-7 months in Caribbean each year.
