Thank you, we definately understand the wind to tide ratio.
The question was to whom do we contact about the increasing problem of this channel shoaling in??? Even on no wind days, with no significant low tide deviation, this part of the channel is still a foot and a half below charted depths and a constant problem.
Is it the Coast Guard? The Maryland Department of Natural Resources?
