In regards to your fixed portlights, can you pry them off and rebed them? If not, you can take them to someplace like TAP plastics and have them make some new ones out of UV resistant Lexan. Something you may want to try is using some (perhaps a lot) of “Blue Magic” metal polish on your old portlights. I have had much success in polishing off that surface corrosion on other portlights and Lexan hatches. Your’s may ultimately be too far gone and need replacement, but Blue Magic just might save you the hassle of prying those bad boys off.
