I used to work for a boss from hell, don't think I'd experience anything new under a captain from hell...and don't see a real need to ever deal with that kind of situation if I can at all avoid it.

The guy I used to work for reminds me a lot of TJC... lots of arrogance, attitude, credentials, but didn't know jack when it came to the real world, and has sh!tty people skills and was a racist on top of that.
