I'm at Port Edgewood Yacht Clubs Pawtuxet Cove marina (main marina is the same but not as sheltered) and it's only $32 a foot for winter wet. My cost is only $864 for a 27' for 6 months.

I was at Pettis Boat yard for the summer and it was $65 a foot on a mooring and $85 at the dock.
