lol, sorry. I did give the lady all the information I had, such as the manufacturer, the color, material, dimensions, boat size and maker, but she was more interested in a photo instead of my description. It was very frustrating, it seemed like she wasn't even listening to me.
However, after 5 minutes on the phone with Garhauer Marine, I now have 5 new sheaves on their way. They were more than helpful. So I'm happy now.
