I had a crappy experience with them too. We had sent the swivel top to our
furler in for repair when it was 'lost' in a fire. They suggested that OUR insurance company would cover us. Huh? The Rhode Island AG's office, when we filed our complaint, agreed with us that was RigRite's responsibility. Then RR 'offered' us the cost of a new one, minus the amount a repair would have cost. So tell me how they could know, to the penny, what repair would have cost on a part they couldn't find?
