This racer has been undergoing refit and it came with a 10HP Farymann Diesel that moves a Hydromarin hydraulic pump, which creates oil pressure to power a Volvo F11D hydraulic motor, which turns the shaft and prop. I want to know if this was the original setup on that 1974 boat. I''ve been dealing with this contraption and I''m considering repowering with a diesel/V-drive propulsion system. Please reply with some info regarding this boat.
