The latest National Geographic has a story on the rainforest on the west coast of Vancouver. Reminds me why I want to visit--a trip through the Olympic Peninsula a couple years ago. Just spectacular. Maybe kayaking and canoeing is really the way to go there. Anyone ever taken the inland passage ferry? The charter boats look great, but with just one week, I have to think of other ways my family will agree to spend time on the water!
