Trimarans are of course unballasted (for which you get a point) mono's with training
wheels. Having said that, I'll not race one again. I went tack on tack with a F28 last year going up the Magothy river, he was double handed and I was solo ing. He beat me because I missed a tack. Side by side he was slightly faster but could not point as high.

but any boat that motors at 15kts - is that really a sailboat ( okay, I'm officially jealous.
