Mine's a '75 and it was factory-equipped with an automatic bilge
pump. The switch is even part of the Bristol electrical panel. Discharge is well above waterline, out the lower part of the reverse transom via a factory installed thru-hull, port side. Another thru-hull in same location, but starboard, is for the
exhaust.
